1. MIKUTANO is committed to protecting the users’ privacy and the security of their personal information. In this agreement “you” and “your” mean any user with an account at MIKUTANO or any user accessing our website or services. “We”, “us” and “our” mean MIKUTANO. “Service” means MIKUTANO services accessed via our systems such as web systems, mobile app, website among others.

2. Personal information includes any information that lets MIKUTANO identify you as a unique individual, such as your name/s, surname, your physical address, contact details and/or national identity card number/passport.

Special personal information also includes details of your race or ethnic and social origin, gender, religious, philosophical and conscience, beliefs, political persuasion, property details, marital status, family details including details of children, parents, spouse or spouses, health status, genetic, biometric information, sex or sexual orientation or any criminal behavior which relates to alleged criminal offences or proceedings.

OUR SERVICES
